YDF July 2026 T1DM Camp Promotes Learning, Wellness, and Diabetes Care
The YDF T1DM Camp held in July 11, 2026 brought together children with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) and their families for a day focused on education, wellness, and community support.
The camp featured an interactive session by Mr. Anil Vedwal on "How Insulin Helps Manage Blood Sugar," helping participants better understand effective diabetes management. Children also took part in Yoga and wellness activities, followed by a celebration for July-born T1D children with a birthday cake-cutting ceremony.
A healthy lunch was provided, and the camp concluded with the distribution of essential diabetes care supplies to support ongoing daily management. Through regular camps, YDF continues to empower children with T1D through education, holistic care, and a strong sense of community.
